He gave me a smile, knowing that I was about to start a life long quest for the ULTIMATE DISTORTION - the quest of all rock players. This video demonstrates a pretty crappy distortion pedal, but the concept will be the same for better pedals.
Tips: Don't just crank all of the knobs to the maximum; that rarely sounds best.
